We reserve the right to modify plan limits at any time. If you exceed your plan limits, you may be required to upgrade your subscription to continue using the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any keyword data, metrics, or suggestions provided by the Service. Keyword metrics are estimates and may vary from actual search volumes and competition levels.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Service integrates with third-party services including OpenAI (for keyword generation) and keyword metrics providers (for search volume, CPC, and competition data). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All payments are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@brightkeyword.com.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on this page and encourage you to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Service after any changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
